Made from professional grade carbon steel, our Round Griddle offers the same powerful searing ability and heat retention of our rectangular Carbon Steel Griddle, helping to yield crispy-edged smash burgers, smoky grilled sausage, and perfectly scorched peppers on your charcoal grill. Pre-seasoned with a mixture of shea and coconut oils, the Griddle is also naturally non stick for a smooth cooking experience and quick clean up.

The Round Griddle’s size and shape helps it fit comfortably inside your Weber, Big Green Egg, or other circular charcoal grill. Unlike the rectangular Griddle, the Round Griddle has been designed with upward-facing handles, allowing you to use your grill’s lid free of obstruction. The Griddle is lightweight enough for easy transport, and is compatible with open flames and gas grills.
