Deep walls and a wide 10-inch cooking surface give you room to work: fry, simmer a ragù, and finish a one-pan pasta for the family, or sear chicken thighs and braise them down in the same 5 quarts. Because the 5-ply cladding wraps the sidewalls, not just the base, a full pan sears instead of steams. This is the difference between browning dinner and stewing it.

The uncoated 18/10 stainless surface never wears out. No nonstick to flake, no enamel patina to baby. The surface at year five is the surface on day one. It's oven safe to 800°F, so the braise finishes in the oven and the pan goes from stovetop to table. Works on every cooktop, including induction.

Is the cooking surface coated with anything?

Your choice. It's available uncoated, with an 18/10 stainless cooking surface, or with our CeramiClad® nonstick coating—same 5-Ply Stainless Clad body either way.

Can I use it on my induction cooktop?

Yes. The 5-Ply Stainless Clad construction works on gas, electric, and induction.

How hot can it go in the oven?

Up to 800°F for the uncoated version, and up to 550°F for the ceramic-coated version.

Is it big enough for a full meal?

Yes. It holds 6 quarts with deep walls and a wide base, built to sear, simmer, and braise a whole dinner in one pan.

Does it come with a lid?

Yes, it includes a matching lid.
