Our Bakeware begins with a 202-year-old secret recipe belonging to skilled artisans in the Loire Valley. Kanolins, clays, quartz, and feldspars are mixed, shaped, enameled, and baked three times for over 50 hours at temperatures exceeding 2500°F. The result is our naturally non stick, even-heating porcelain Pie Dish, which ensures a flaky, uniformly cooked crust and spoonable, luxurious filling. It’s microwave- and oven-safe up to 650F and thermal shock resistant—so you can fully chill your crust before baking at high heat.

We designed our Pie Server with the same sloping angle of our Pie Dish to reduce the chance of breaking that critical first piece. Its slightly pointed tip allows you to gently cut into the crust’s surface while 18/10 Stainless Steel construction means it’s safe to put through the dishwasher. Elegant and streamlined, it matches our other serving utensils and flatware.

How Do You Care for Our Pie Dish?

Thought it’s dishwasher safe, like most of our cookware, it’s best to hand wash our Pie Dish to avoid damaging its high quality naturally non stick surface.
